Text Listing of Recipe File Options?

I work at a place where i cannot install ANY software (don't get me started...) on my machine, including any version of the recipe file editor. I want to try some options when saving as PView from ProE. I can see example entries, such as:

adapter/convQuiltAsDatum=0

adapter/outputAuthorState=0

adapter/convertAnnotations=2

adapter/convViews=1

Adapter/convCables=1

adapter/outputPView=800

But I cannot use the editor to create any new entires or edit the file. Is there a text listing of what all the options are so I canedit the recipie file"the hard way" without using the recipe file editor?
