We have upgraded a few computers that now use Acrobat Reader 9.0.0.
Using Windchill 9.0 M020 and ProductView Lite we are able to see the file names, but unable to pull the PDF of the file into the viewing window. We simply get a quick flash in the viewing window, then nothing. It doesn't crash, it doesn't stall. It just won't view.
We recently discovered that the computersmust have Acrobat 7.0.5 or above, but until yesterday we haven't tried anything above the 8 series. Has anyone else seen this problem or know of a solution (other than downgrading)?
Also, we are going to upgrade WC sometime in November. We know there are bug fixes in the newerreleases but we don't want users to have to wait until then to have viewing available.
