Does anyone know how the Preset Explode works in Creo View Express?
Is it supposed to be able to show user defined exploded views from Creo or Pro\E that you define in the View Manager?
Will this work for Native Creo files (*.asm)?
Will ths work for Creo View formats (*.ed, *.edz, *.pvs, *.pvz)?
Has anyone had success opening a .pvz file using the CREO View mobile app on an iPad?
The .pvz file I am testing with is 25MB and is located on BOX.com (cloud-based storage).
I get the iPad equivalet to an hourglass in the CREO View mobile app.

In last free version Creo Elements-View Express v10.0 F000 there is an option for reading of files at a format ".iso" - format Arbortext IsoDraw. And at me, in this connection, the following question: it turns out, what the user does not need to buy/install separately Arbortext IsoView for viewing of technical illustrations in a format ".iso" any more (the plug-in for viewing already enters in distribute Creo Elements-View Express)? Or, all the same is, any distinctions?
I am facing the problem with changing the environment of Creo 2.0 from default to white on black can any body help me?
problems is as follows:-
--After changing the environment to white on black or black on white, when i preview the drawing file before printing the document and then after closing the preview, the environment automatically changes to default but with the geometry colour remains the same. i.e in white on black the geometry colour in drawing becomes white and background is black. so after closing the preview of drawing, the background as well geometry colours becomes same i.e white
so please somebody helpme out for this problem or let me know if the problem is with Software version....
Where can I find any documentation of how to configure and use the Creo View Express as a plugin in a webbrowser like Firefox.
So far I'm doing a

It is displayed correctly but I want to disable the toolbar, for example.
Furthermore I need access to the JavaScript API to be able to communicate with the plugin.
I'm using Creo View Express, Version Creo 2.0, Datecode F000 build 23.

Hello all,
is there any way (or workaround) to define various color schemes for a part or assembly model?
For example, when we are working on an assembly, we use different colors to distinguish the different components. Also, at the same time and when we have to make some rendered representations, we have to define some other colors in order to simulate reality as close as possible.
Any ideas? How can someone switch from one color scheme to the other?

I've been trying to get ProductView to work with the Google Chrome browser, but to no avail. ProductView works fine with IE and Firefox, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times to get the same results.
Does anyone know how to get google chrome to work with ProductView? It'd be nice to use a good/fast browser with Windchill, but ProductView is kind of necessary for me.
Also, as another side question - Firefox doesn't seem to want to find related items when placing parts in a workspace, Change Notice, etc. It just freezes while "processing". Anyone know how to fix this as well? This isn't as important if Google Chrome can be fixed.

When I open a PVZ file created in WF3 I do not have access to the simplified rep or the model section.
If I open the productview rep from the windchill environment I do have access to all this data.
Any Idea on how to get this data when a save as to .pvz is made.

I need your help. In my work usually need technical illustrations, this illustration come from creo, in vector files. But in the future i'll need obtain this 2D models from creo view. My problem is the export options in creo view. I try to export in PDF files, but the image is not a vector graphics. Really i don't now how to do, this program is new to me.

While Dassault Systemes, Autodesk and Siemens (all major competitors) support 3D vision, CREO lacks.
What do you think about it? Is there anything in the future we can expect?
Can any one tell me why ProE WF 4 drawings do not show up on Product View Express?
Also I have Creo elements/View Expres and can not open drawings or models made in WF 4 or earlier, can tell me what I am doing wrong?
Any help is greatly appreciated since PTC refuses to answer my questions on this.
